fingernails and tongue

Hello Sorry I 'm writing this in English. I'm Writing from the USA and have no Hebrew in my computer Can you please tell me what the 2 following diagnostic signs mean in chinese medicine: 1. A tongue with teeth markings on both of it's sides 2. Index, middle and ring fingers in both hands have no "MOON" markings on them at the base of the fingers What does it mean when an individual has both of the above? please be as candid and honest as you can with your answer Thanks for you time and efforts
